Many folks and vets recommending my dog get omega 3 for his allergies. But, he will not eat the food if I put oil on it and he is very small and can’t swallow the enormous fish oil pills. What is an alternative that may work for him? I need a VERY small pill that I could put in a pice of cheese or a good tasting powder or food additive.

My Lab with allergies hates the fish oils and it is a huge ordeal. But I use Ark Naturals product and I put some on a piece of liver and then give it my dog. It is the only way, or I still put it in his food with gravy, or fresh chicken. Then he does not mind it at all. My Lab is on Wellness Core for his allergies, he is allergic to wheat and grains and this food does not have it plus it is high already in the fish oils so I can cut down on the amount Ihave to add.

Omega 3 and 6 capsules . Drug Stores sell them cheap.
Put peanut butter on them and dog will swallow them. There is no fishy smell or taste.
