I’m thinking about taking them. I’ve heard there good for the skin and the brain. Does anyone take them daily and what were the results?

I take them twice daily, when I wake up and before I go to bed. The reason for this is that I feel an improvment in brain activity throughout the day and my joints don’t give me as many problems.
