Will fish oil help me lose weight and cut cholesterol.

My last physical was a little embarrasing stripping down to my underpants, stepping on the scale to find out im overweight.

Omega 3 (Fish Oil) is so important to the body. It can help in keeping your cholesterol down. It helps with heart health. It helps with joint health. It helps your brain function better. It also helps eyes, skin and much more. It really isn’t a diet aid and doesn’t help so much with that. Try adding Green tea to your diet (about 5 cups a day). That will help some with weight.

    I use it constantly and maintain the same weight for years, there is a lot more to losing weight though, cholesterol, and staying in good health. See your doctor….you may need a special diet, recommended exercise, and possibly medication. God bless you.

    You will benefit in many ways from Omega 3s but if you want to loose weight look up the food pyramid and follow that diet. Drink lots of water! Good luck!
