I know that fish oil pills are good for acne and all but i’m wondering which brands would be the best? thanks soo much!

forget fish oil. Try washing with good old fashioned soap-n-water once in a while.

you should try coconut oil. it is so much better for your skin because it is anti bacterial and it’s good for hair growth as well. Its been used in india for ages and all you have to do is apply it to your face at night and sleep with it and you will see the differences quickly.
and for inflamed acne apply neosporing 2-3 times daily for a week.

Acne or Pimples are scientifically called acne vulgaris, One of my friends calls it swell Bubbles.
For treatment purposes Acne is is divided into two types. Mild and Severe forms. You can find more details at the attached link. None of them is treated with Fish Oil.
At this moment the scientific community does not think that fish oil pills help with acne. However, there is nothing wrong with trying out fish oil. Fish oil has other beneficial properties.
